Taleisha is a registered nurse and an Aboriginal Health Worker. Taleisha brings a high level of clinical expertise to her role as well as over a decade worth of experience. Taleisha is focussed on making sure that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have access to the best possible care.
Patients will be referred by their doctor to Taleisha.

Eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients may be able to reduce the cost of some PBS medicines through the Closing the Gap program. Ask a consulting GP whether this may apply to you.
Get help staying up to date with health checks, vaccinations, screening and other preventive care appropriate for your age, health and circumstances.
If you need specialist, hospital or other health services, a consulting GP can help arrange referrals and coordinate the next steps in your care.
