Michael completed his Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University of Western Sydney in 2009. He has worked in GP practices in the Blacktown area since 2010 and has gained invaluable experience in emergency medicine, trauma and wound management. In 2014 Michael completed his post graduate Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and in 2015 attained his post graduate Certificate in Skin Cancer Surgery.
As Nurse Unit Manager, Michael oversees the training needs within the nursing team and ensures that high quality care is delivered to patients at all times.

Transitional Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Julius holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Mental Health Nursing degree from Oxford Brookes University, England and a post- graduate Certificate in Mental Health Research from Lancaster University, England. He is currently enrolled in a Master of Nurse Practitioner (Mental Health) course at Western Sydney University.
Julius has worked mainly in the field of mental health nursing as an advanced clinician, especially in acute care/crisis intervention and as a psychiatry liaison nurse in hospital emergency departments. Julius is experienced in mental health nursing and utilises psychological approaches to nursing interventions. Julius prides himself in offering patient-centred, recovery-focused, trauma informed and culturally sensitive care across all ages.
Julius is also involved in InnoWell - a digital mental health platform that puts the patient at the centre of their own treatment.

Marilou Bendian, RN,
Chronic Disease Nurse
Marilou completed a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Accounting in the Philippines and her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Western Sydney in 2013. She worked as a Chronic Disease Nurse Coordinator at another medical centre before joining KRMC.
Interests: Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Osteoarthritis and the completion of Health Assessments and Care Plans

Erika Cosente, R.N.
Erika graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing from The University of the Sunshine Coast and also holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the Philippines. Erika worked for six months in a tertiary hospital in the Philippines where she gained valuable experience in the emergency, medical, surgical, paediatrics and ob-gyne wards. In Australia, Erika worked in aged care for two years while studying and after graduating shifted her focus to general practice. Erika is interested in all area of nursing including children's health, family health and wound care.
Courtney Blazevic, RN
Courtney graduated with a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing in 2016 and completed her Bachelor of Nursing from Western Sydney University in 2019. She has gained experience from clinical placements in various hospitals across Western Sydney and from working at KRMC since 2017.
